The workmanship and materials of new Team Poly products are covered by pro-rata warranty periods as indicated. Team Poly will assess all written claims and then repair or replace the product at its sole discretion.

• Approval from Team Poly must be obtained before anyone takes any remedial action or warranty claim will be rejected.

• These warranties apply to the original purchaser only and are not transferable.

• The warranty on any product will be void if the installation is not carried out strictly in accordance with Team Poly’s written instructions, and maintained thereafter. The onus is on the purchaser to ensure that the product is installed correctly.

• Team Poly will not be liable for any consequential losses including loss of profits or damage to property attributed to any of its products.

• Products installed in remote and/or inaccessible locations will need to be returned to a Team Poly agent’s premises or other location as required by Team Poly at the purchaser’s expense to enable inspection and/or repair.

• Team Poly will not be responsible for any direct or indirect costs that occur in the event of the repair or replacement of one of its products.

To the extent permitted by law, the above warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Team Poly. Team Poly's liability under the above warranty or any statutory warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product, or the cost of repair or replacement, at Team Poly's option.
